Overview

WPProbe is a paid service that connects your website to our cloud-based search engine using a plugin, allowing you to index your website’s content for faster and more efficient searches. The goal is to give you full control over your search experience. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your indexed content follows all rules and does not include prohibited materials such as spam, malware, threats or children sexual abuse among others. If you discover any WPProbe index that violates these terms, please contact disputes@wpprobe.com.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of the WPProbe website and its related product and service. By using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms without modifications. WPProbe may update its services, and these Terms will apply to any such updates.

Carefully review this agreement before using WPProbe. By accessing or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

WPProbe Account

  • Account Security: When you create an account or subscribe to WPProbe, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for any activities associated with it. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. WPProbe is not responsible for any losses resulting from your actions or negligence.
  • Secure Connection: WPProbe offers free HTTPS protection on all plans through Let’s Encrypt.
  • Prohibited Activities: You are not allowed to:
    • Use WPProbe for illegal activities.
    • Overload our system in a way that affects performance.
    • Share sensitive personal data without consent.
    • Send spam or bulk messages.
    • Disrupt, interfere with, or attack any network or service.
    • Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your WPProbe subscription, your indexed data will be deleted.

User Responsibility

WPProbe does not review all content posted by users, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from that content. Some materials may be inaccurate, offensive, or harmful. You must take precautions to protect yourself from potential risks, such as viruses or misinformation.

Fees & Payment

  • Fees: WPProbe is a paid service. You agree to pay fees as specified, on a regular basis (monthly, annual, etc.).
  • Non-Payment: If a payment fails, your access to WPProbe may be revoked immediately. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may terminate your access.
  • Price Changes: WPProbe may modify its pricing, and you will be notified in advance. If you do not accept the new fees, you can cancel your subscription.
  • Refunds: Users may cancel a Paid Service subscription at any time. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the following terms and are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to transaction processing fees, depending on the payment method used.
    • Monthly Plans: Payments made for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
    • Biannual and Annual Plans: For subscriptions purchased on a biannual or annual basis, users may request a refund upon cancellation. In such cases, the subscription fee covering the entire current billing month during which the cancellation is requested will be deducted in full from the total amount paid. The remainder of the subscription fee, corresponding to the unused portion of the subscription period following the end of the current billing month, will be refunded to the user.
  • Links to Other Websites: WPProbe may link to third-party websites, but we do not control or endorse their content. You are responsible for ensuring those sites are safe.
  • Third-Party Integrations: You may use third-party plugins, software, or services with WPProbe, but:
    • WPProbe does not endorse or vet third-party services.
    • You use them at your own risk and should review their terms.
    • WPProbe is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services.
    • We may remove or disable third-party services if necessary.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • Copyright Violations: WPProbe respects copyright laws. If you believe content on WPProbe infringes your copyright, report it to dmca@wpprobe.com. We will investigate and remove infringing material if necessary. Repeated copyright violators may lose access to WPProbe.
  • Ownership Rights: WPProbe and its branding (logos, trademarks, etc.) remain the property of WPProbe. Using our services does not grant you ownership of any WPProbe intellectual property.

Changes to Terms

WPProbe may update these Terms as needed. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using WPProbe before the new terms take effect. Your continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Termination of Service

WPProbe may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice. If you want to close your account, contact contact@wpprobe.com.

No Guarantees

WPProbe is provided “as is,” without any guarantees. We do not promise that the service will be error-free or always available. Using WPProbe is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

WPProbe is not responsible for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

User Warranties

By using WPProbe, you confirm that:

  • You will follow these Terms.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws.
  • You will not violate anyone’s intellectual property rights.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and protect WPProbe, its employees, and partners from any legal claims, costs, or damages resulting from your use of the service.

Language & Legal Terms

  • Translation: If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version takes precedence in case of any conflict.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and WPProbe. If any part is found invalid, the remaining parts will still apply.
